Your tasks:

• Planning, consulting and if necessary subsequent commissioning of equipment (heating, climate, ventilation, E&I)
• Project coordination and monitoring
• Preparation and processing of quotes
• Creation of tender documents
• Basic evaluation
• Preparation of cost estimates and cost-effectiveness comparisons
• Selection of components
• Coordinating with other disciplines

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on building technology or comparably completed technician training
• Work experience in the planning of building and supply technology desirable
• Basic understanding E&I technology
• Business calculatory skills
• Knowledge of the usual CAD programs is required, REVIT/BIM software desirable
