Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for all topics related to health protection, environmental protection and occupational safety
- Conduct investigations in incidents after notification
- Leading labour statistics and introducing prevention measures
- Creation of project and construction site specific HSE plans including checklists, test plans, risk assessments, to ensure all requirements
- Provide contributions to management reports and support of the creation of input for other reports
- Continuously ensuring compliance with processes, requirements and guidelines of required standards
Your Qualifications:
- Completed degree in engineering or safety engineering
- Education/training in Quality-Management in the areas of occupational and, if necessary, environmental protection/Quality-Management
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in complex large-scale projects and project-related work processes as HSE managers, preferably in energy technology
- Motivation to participate in a complex energy transition project
- High social skills, a high degree of sovereignty
- Like to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Very good knowledge of German and good English in words and writing
- Willingness to travel
