Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for all topics related to health protection, environmental protection and occupational safety
• Conduct investigations in incidents after notification
• Leading labour statistics and introducing prevention measures
• Creation of project and construction site specific HSE plans including checklists, test plans, risk assessments, to ensure all requirements
• Provide contributions to management reports and support of the creation of input for other reports
• Continuously ensuring compliance with processes, requirements and guidelines of required standards

Your Qualifications:

• Completed degree in engineering or safety engineering
• Education/training in Quality-Management in the areas of occupational and, if necessary, environmental protection/Quality-Management
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in complex large-scale projects and project-related work processes as HSE managers, preferably in energy technology
• Motivation to participate in a complex energy transition project
• High social skills, a high degree of sovereignty
• Like to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in words and writing
• Willingness to travel
